On 23 March 2025, I attended a rally in the Melbourne CBD and led people in a chant “All Zionists are terrorists”. The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (‘VCAT’) has found that this conduct breached sections 7 and/or 8 of the Racial and Religious Tolerance Act 2001 (Vic), in that, on the grounds of the race of another person or class of persons, being the Jewish people, it incited hatred against, serious contempt for, or revulsion or severe ridicule of the Jewish people. The full copy of this decision can be read here: austlii.edu.au/cgi-bin/viewd…. I acknowledge the findings of VCAT. I have a right to seek leave to appeal this decision on a question of law. I am still considering whether to exercise this right to seek leave to appeal.
🚨 I NEED YOUR HELP.
This fight is bigger than me, and I cannot continue it alone.
For our appeal to be heard, the Court of Appeal has required $45,000 to be lodged with the Court.
That is the barrier standing between us and the opportunity to keep fighting.
If you believe this case matters, if you believe important issues deserve to be challenged, and if you believe people should have the courage to stand up when something isn’t right, I’m asking you to stand with me now.
Every donation, no matter the amount, brings us one step closer to having this appeal heard.
Help me continue the fight. Help us reach $45,000.
Please donate, share, and encourage others to do the same.

SUPREME COURT WIN AGAINST HASH TAYEH
Today my legal team secured another court victory against Hash Tayeh
The Supreme Court of Appeal ordered Mr Tayeh to pay money into Court as security for my legal costs
The order was made in circumstances including that Mr Tayeh is an undischarged bankrupt & owes the Australian Taxation Office more than $1 million
The Court also ordered Mr Tayeh to pay my legal costs for today’s hearing
Mr Tayeh still owes me the $10,000 compensation ordered in my earlier VCAT win - money I intend to donate to charity
Replying to @MenachemV
@MenachemV is always quick to post when a ruling gives him something he can frame as a victory. The headlines go up, the commentary starts, and suddenly he presents himself as though he speaks with the authority of an entire community.
But when the outcome goes the other way, when four charges end in not guilty findings and the State of Victoria is ordered to pay more than $25,000, the silence is deafening.
Menachem, why so quiet today?
Justice cannot only be celebrated when it confirms your own political beliefs. You cannot demand that everyone respect the courts when you like the result, then suddenly lose your voice when the result challenges the story you have spent years promoting.
And there is a much bigger issue here.
In my view, the campaigns Menachem has pursued, and the way he repeatedly presents a deeply Zionist political perspective as though it represents Jewish people collectively, are dangerous. Zionism is a political ideology. Judaism is a religion, culture and identity. Jewish people are not a political monolith.
When those distinctions are deliberately blurred, ordinary Jewish people can unfairly become associated with the actions, statements and political ambitions of people who claim to speak on their behalf. That does not combat antisemitism, it can create an environment in which genuine antisemites find more ammunition for their hatred.
That should concern everyone.
Antisemitism is real. It is dangerous. It should be confronted wherever it appears. But fighting antisemitism does not require silencing criticism of Zionism, Israel, governments, political movements or individuals. And no political activist should appoint themselves the voice of every Jewish person while attacking anyone who disagrees with their worldview.
I will continue to distinguish Jewish people from Zionist politics, because Jewish Australians should never be made responsible for the political positions of Menachem Vorchheimer, or anybody else.
Today was not simply a personal victory. It was a reminder that accusations, headlines and campaigns do not determine guilt.
Courts do.
And when justice delivers an outcome you do not like, Menachem, it still deserves the same respect you demand when the outcome suits you.
Four charges. Not guilty. More than $25,000 ordered in my favour.
And yes, I intend to use those funds to continue appealing the Human Rights Commission finding against me.
Patience is a virtue.
For the last 2–3 years, I’ve found myself in different courts, across different jurisdictions, over the same words: “All Zionists are terrorists.”
Today, as the Magistrate read out the decision, acquitted of four charges, but found guilty of one for chanting those words, one thought immediately crossed my mind:
“Apparently calling Zionists terrorists is worse than some Zionists actually committing terrorism.
Make it make sense…”
I have no regrets about standing up and advocating for a people enduring what I believe is one of the greatest injustices and periods of persecution of our modern time.
I will not apologise for caring.
I will not regret speaking out.
And I will not allow a guilty finding to erase why I chose to speak in the first place.
Being a voice for those I believe have been denied a voice is a torch I will be honoured to carry until my last breath.
Found guilty.
But not silenced.
And still proud.
Tomorrow, I return to the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court for what could be the final chapter of this case.
Four of the five charges against me have already been dismissed. Tomorrow, my legal team will argue that the remaining charge cannot stand because of the constitutional protection afforded to political communication.
This isn’t just about me.
It’s about whether Australians can engage in political expression on matters of public importance without fearing criminal punishment simply because their views are controversial or unpopular.
Whatever your politics, the principles at stake extend far beyond one person or one case. The outcome has the potential to shape how political speech is protected in this country.
Thank you to everyone who has stood beside me throughout this journey. Your encouragement, prayers and support have meant more than you know.
Tomorrow, we fight one last time.
Disclaimer: This criminal matter is entirely separate from the Human Rights Commission/VCAT proceedings involving Menachem Vorcheimer.
Today, by the will of God, my legal team officially lodged our appeal.
gofund.me/a9f6fe0bc
For almost three years, my life has been turned upside down.
I have faced investigations, courtrooms, headlines, public attacks, financial ruin and, ultimately, bankruptcy.
Not because I committed an act of violence.
Not because I stole from anyone.
But because of words I spoke at a protest.
The judgement went beyond finding against me. I was ordered to pay $10,000 in compensation for hurting one man’s feelings. Regardless of whether people agree with what I said, I believe that raises serious questions about where the line between protecting people from harm and protecting political expression should be drawn.
This appeal is about more than my name.
It’s about whether ordinary Australians should fear losing their livelihoods, their savings, or their future for expressing political views on matters of profound public concern.
Whether you agree with me, disagree with me, or sit somewhere in the middle, I hope we can all agree that these are important questions worth examining.
Appeals of this nature are expensive. As many of you know, I am now bankrupt. That doesn’t change my conviction, but it does mean I can’t fight this battle alone.
If you believe this appeal deserves to be heard, and you’re in a position to help, I’ve placed the donation link in my bio.
If you can’t contribute financially, sharing this post means just as much.
Thank you to everyone who has stood beside me. Whatever the outcome, I will continue to stand by what I believe is right and pursue this appeal through the proper legal process.
This fight was never just about me. It’s about the kind of society we want to leave behind.
Menachem and the Sky News “journalist” are spreading lies, claiming that I blamed Jews for burning down Burgertory.
I’ve challenged these Zionist bigots multiple times to produce one text, video, recording, interview, post, or shred of evidence where I claimed Jews burned down Burgertory.
They can’t, because it does not exist.
So instead, they keep repeating the same tired talking points, hoping to rewrite a false narrative as truth.
These people disgust me.
Are the presenter’s false comments slanderous and defamatory?
This case is bigger than me.
They want people scared.
Scared to speak.
Scared to protest.
Scared to stand for what they believe in.
I have been ordered to pay $10,000, publicly post the finding, and stay silent on a phrase that has now become the centre of a much bigger fight.
I am appealing.
This is about free speech, protest rights, political expression, and whether ordinary people can survive when the system decides to make an example out of them.
I cannot do this alone.
If you have ever stood with me, believed in me, or believe this fight matters, now is the time.

Today, the Tribunal handed down its orders.
For some, this will be celebrated. For others, it will be questioned. For me, it is simply another chapter in a fight that has never been about convenience, popularity, or taking the easy path.
The orders require:
• A notice of the outcome and ability to appeal to remain pinned for 28 days.
• Payment of $10,000 to @MenachemV for “hurting his feelings”.
• An undertaking not to use the phrase “ALL ZIONISTS ARE TERRORISTS”.
I respect the legal process, even when I disagree with the outcome.
What I will never undertake to do is stop speaking up for what I believe in, stop advocating for humanity.
The right to appeal remains, and with your help I intend to pursue that path to achieve justice for all those silenced by the weaponisation of our legal system.

History has never been shaped by people who remained silent. It has always been shaped by people willing to endure criticism, consequences, and pressure for their convictions.
The fight continues.
A few months ago, Judge Tran ruled against me over a political statement I made.
Tomorrow, the penalty phase of that decision will be handed down.
I have always said that I would respect the legal process, and I will.
But respect for a process does not require agreement with its outcome.
My views have never been shaped by convenience, popularity or fear. They have been shaped by conscience.
Tomorrow, a decision will be delivered.
History will make its own judgement.
Whatever the outcome, I will continue to stand by the principles I have stood by from the beginning: truth, consistency and the right to speak according to one’s conscience.
Some people measure success by avoiding consequences.
I measure it by whether I remained true to my convictions when consequences arrived.
See you tomorrow.

A lot of people have been messaging me confused about my recent court result, Unfortunately there is no “good outcome” for tomorrow, I have already been found guilty in the Human Rights Commission, tomorrow is simply the hearing where the penalty or remedy will be determined.
This is a completely separate matter from the Magistrates’ Court proceedings, where I was acquitted of 4 out of the 5 charges brought against me.
They are two different cases, in two different jurisdictions, dealing with the same legal issues. (Confusing and strange I agree)
Whatever happens tomorrow, I will continue to respect the process while remaining entitled to my own view about whether justice has been served.
Greg, you’re making yourself look foolish.
Before throwing around stereotypes and misinformation, it might be worth spending 30 seconds checking the facts.
Fact 1: Musa is simply the Arabic name for Moses. Moses is one of the most important figures in Judaism and was the leader and prophet of the Israelites. The name Musa has been used by Jews, Christians, and Muslims for centuries throughout the Middle East. Claiming someone must be Muslim because their name is Musa only demonstrates a lack of basic historical knowledge.
Fact 2: Habib Musa is Catholic. A quick look at his public social media would confirm that. You didn’t even bother to verify the most basic fact before making your claim.
This is the problem with prejudice and assumptions. People stop looking for facts and start repeating whatever fits their narrative.
Repeating a lie a hundred times doesn’t magically turn it into the truth. It just means you’ve repeated a lie a hundred times.
Replying to @HashTayeh
One of the guys who torched your restaurant was named Habib Musa, He is a moslem.
Jews had nothing to do with it!
In fact most people believe YOU paid them to fire bomb your own restaurant because you were going broke and needed the insurance payout and wanted to blame the Jews!
My home was firebombed.
My business was firebombed.
People celebrated it publicly.
I was the one charged.
What does that tell you about the system?
This isn’t about whether you agree with me.
It’s about whether justice applies equally to everyone.
Read the facts.
Ask questions.
Think for yourself.
Because when truth becomes dangerous, silence becomes complicity.
They want silence.
I choose truth.
If you believe justice should never depend on your race, religion, background, or political beliefs, share this.
The louder they try to silence people, the more important it becomes to speak.
#Justice #HumanRights #FreedomOfSpeech #Australia
Surely any reasonable person would find this concerning.
The obsession is real. By my count, around 90% of @MenachemV Instagram content in this carousel revolves around me. Not a cause, not a movement, not a community issue. Me.
At some point, people need to ask themselves whether this level of fixation is healthy. Spending this much time, energy, and attention on one individual is not normal behaviour. It’s obsessive, it’s concerning, and quite frankly, it’s literally crazy.
Surely this isn’t legal by any means.
Congratulations @MenachemV
Imagine dedicating years of your life to stopping a message, only to become one of the biggest reasons it spread.
Imagine spending countless hours, resources and energy trying to silence someone, only to give them a bigger microphone.
Some achievements deserve recognition.
This is one of them.
Read the post.
TRUTH MATTERS.
Yesterday, four criminal charges against me were dismissed. A fifth charge remains before the court and will be argued separately on constitutional grounds.
Yet within hours, people were already trying to rewrite the outcome, blur the facts, and push a narrative that simply doesn’t match reality.
You don’t have to agree with me. You don’t have to like me. But facts should still matter.
In an age where misinformation spreads faster than truth, integrity means reporting what actually happened, not what you wish had happened.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to read beyond the headlines, examine the facts for themselves, and stand for fairness regardless of politics.
The fight for truth, justice, and free expression continues.
