We would like to go on record that we are not to be held responsible for the failure of the air traffic control system @StansaidAirport
We repeatedly warned snr. mangers that we needed a second floppy drive for the BBC B that controls the system.
Friday afternoon perk today.
Just been working on a #homenetwork in Yarm today.
Beautiful old house from 1710 and you have the river Tees at the bottom of the garden.
Makes a change for comms rooms, under floors, above ceilings and stuck under desks.

We're currently installing a #datanetwork in a new office.
It looks really amazing but they do have some 'interesting' lighting.
Belive it or not, the lights directly above us are a light purple.
It's making terminating those Cat6 modules a bit of a challenge.
Had the pleasure of installing a #homenetwork on a farm on the #Northumberland coast.

They did have the obligatory cows and a #JCB 3cx from the 1980s that apparently still runs.
The desktop computer #RAM market is utterly crazy at the moment.
Looked at some refurbished DDR4 RAM yesterday, £99.00
Today, same RAM, same supplier, £149.00
Never seen anything like it.
Lessons have been learned.
How's this for a water feature?
Currently working on a #homemetwork and this runs through the client's garden. There's even a proper river at the bottom of the garden.
This stream was only a trickle the other day.

Sorry to be ' that guy ' @Bhaal_Spawn and you're getaway location lookes amazing but I can beat that.
Went to a #homenetwork survey in Northumberland, near the old military road, the original part of the house is from the 13th century.
It was a Peel House but has been added...
..to over the centuries. Some of the walls are nearly 6ft thick. They have some 'modern' windows from the 1700's.
Saw a fireplace that had parts that had been nicked from a local Roman temple.
Almost certain there'll be bits of Hadrian's Wall in the house.
Just completed a site survey for a #homenetwork in the wilds of #Northumberland The original parts of the house date back to the 13th century. This gives you an idea of the thickness of the walls.
Oldest house we've ever seen.
Could be interesting.

A bit of a strange brag this afternoon but we're currently running some #ethernet for a #homenetwork in possibly one of the best loft spaces we've ever worked in.
Anyone who's pulled cable in lofts will know what we mean.
An old school from 1877. Solid.

We we're out earlier this week surveying an old Victorian house for a #homenetwork install.
Under the stairs, there's still part of the old bell system for when one had to summon the butler..

Another #homenetwork installed just in time for #Christmas
No more wifi or #mesh issues.

A call from one of our older clients, 'we came downstairs this morning and we've got no Internet'.
Send us a pic.
Can you spot it?
Easy fix, but there's a Border Collie that's in trouble.
Keep #cats & #dogs away from wires.

We're currently helping a client close down their office.
