.@chainlink is proud to partner with @hedera, @Aptos, @AvaLabs, and @StellarOrg in urging the SEC to codify its digital commodity framework.
Builders need lasting certainty. Codifying this progress would be a meaningful step toward keeping America the home of digital asset innovation.
H/t @jackson_mueller for leading this effort 🫡

T-RIZE’s Founder & CEO, Madani Boukalba (@madanirealx), has been invited to participate in Link:NYC, @chainlink's capital markets conference, on October 29, 2026, in New York.
He will bring a clear perspective to the discussion on institutional tokenization, interoperability and the role of intelligence in how capital is assessed and deployed.

🥧BAKED IN🥧
Any developer that uses OpenZeppelin templates or token wizard for their token (hint: they all do) can now easily get CCIP and ACE standards baked in.
Today we’re announcing a strategic partnership with @chainlink
Chainlink CCIP and ACE are now natively embedded across OpenZeppelin tooling, giving institutions and developers one trusted foundation for moving assets and operations onchain.

IPOR Fusion operators can now add Guarded Price Feeds on top of @chainlink Data Feeds: vault-specific limits on how old a price can be and how far it can move before the vault acts on it.

Mark Nichols, Co-President of Digital Assets at @Broadridge, joins the Link:NYC stage on tokenization at scale, from issuance to redemption.
With Broadridge processing $8 trillion in onchain repo monthly, he brings expertise on what changes operationally when settlement, collateral, and repo move onchain.
What if U.S. Treasury Bills could do more than simply sit in a portfolio?
Archax has adopted @chainlink to make $GOVY, its 24/7, auto-rolling U.S. tokenised Treasury product, usable across institutional markets.
$GOVY offers institutional holders 1:1 regulated custody, 24/7 instant settlement, and frictionless redemption. As each T-Bill matures, it is automatically replaced, providing continuous Treasury exposure without the need for manual reinvestment.
Chainlink Data Streams provides up-to-date, low-latency pricing data that enables institutions to turn $GOVY into programmable, productive collateral by unlocking:
→ Treasury holdings as productive collateral
→ Automated treasury and collateral management strategies
→ Greater capital efficiency across lending and trading
→ Reduced operational friction of integrating real-world assets
With more than $15 billion in distributed value across tokenised U.S. Treasuries, the market’s next phase is not simply bringing Treasuries on-chain but making them productive and programmable.
Chainlink provides the critical data infrastructure needed to make that possible and bring all the world’s assets on-chain.

Security. Reliability. Institutional-grade compliance.
These are the non-negotiable requirements for moving trillions in tokenized assets across blockchains.
@SergeyNazarov explains why CCIP 2.0 became the interoperability standard for global finance.

Generator will pay you $8,500 a month for three months in Berkeley to build AI safety projects, and you don't have to be a researcher.
Applications close at the end of Sunday 1 November, Anywhere on Earth, which is Monday 2 November.
If you need a visa, the real deadline is earlier.
They ask international applicants to apply by Monday 26 October, so the J-1 paperwork has time to clear.
That's eight days from today.
Here's how it actually works, minus the brochure language.
Kairos and Constellation run it.
The cohort is in person at Constellation's office in Berkeley, from 18 January to 9 April 2027.
They cover travel to and from Berkeley and give you a budget for the project.
There are two tracks.
Self Directed means you scope and lead something new, often with other residents.
Embedded means you join an AI safety org or a mentor and work on what they've scoped.
Their own pitch is blunt: AI safety has plenty of people good at ideas and not enough people good at people and projects.
Engineers are explicitly on the list, alongside ops, comms and policy.
Two things to know before you apply.
The free-text answers have to be written by you, with no AI writing or polishing, and that includes Grammarly-style tools.
And they say what matters most is a track record of execution, and my guess is a side project nobody uses won't carry much weight.
This is the part of AI most devs never look at.
Everyone wants to train models, but the tooling, evals and infrastructure around safety teams is thin, and that's mostly ordinary engineering work.
Three months of paid time next to the people who need that work is worth more to me than another certificate.
