We just finished bottling the next iteration of our méthode champenoise (Champagne method) sparkling wine! 🥂 It’s a blend of 60/40 Chardonnay/Marsanne all grown in the Chelan AVA🍇 Very limited production: bottled, riddled and disgorged all by hand, in-house! 💪
