Prepare for Dieselgeddon.
Shell CEO Wael Sawan just warned there's not enough diesel to go around for much longer.
And refineries are being pushed beyond 100% capacity (seriously) by delaying critical maintenance.
This raises the risk of explosions. Those are sometimes fatal, too. "Ka-boom" is not a maintenance strategy.
It also means that starting soon, a lot of refineries in the U.S. are going to have to be taken offline to catch up on necessary maintenance. And that's going to throw another disruption into the diesel supply chain.
Hope y'all have some diesel stored up! The more, the better. It's going to become incredibly valuable later this year...

Crude oil shortages are around the corner, no matter how hard they are trying to hide the reality under a mountain of paper oil contracts
Oil prices might be down 9%... but Brent for prompt delivery is up 20%.
The market is paying a ~$13 premium for oil right now rather than 6 months from now.
In other words, they are flooding the market with paper barrels while physical barrels remain in short supply.

If aluminum in vaccines is safe, why does the U.S., 21 CFR 610.15 state: “The amount of aluminum in the recommended individual dose of a biological product shall not exceed 0.85 milligrams if determined by assay; 1.14 mg if by calculation; or 1.25 mg if determined by assay and approved by the Director…”
In short: Federal law restricts the aluminum content of any vaccine dose to a maximum of 1.25 mg, depending on how the manufacturer determines the amount.
Why is there a cut off of 1.25mg ruled in 1981 by the FDA?
FDA and NIH already had data (from parenteral nutrition and kidney-failure literature) showing that injected aluminum can accumulate in bone and brain, especially in infants with immature renal function. They knew aluminum had risks, they had no data defining a safe upper threshold, and manufacturers were not standardized.
Therefore, they imposed an arbitrary (!) maximum to prevent “adjuvant inflation.”
HepB contains 0.5mg of aluminum. Glomerular filtration rate (GFR) in a newborn is about 20–30 percent of adult levels and rises gradually over the first year. This directly limits aluminum clearance. There is no evidence showing that a newborn can rapidly or fully clear a 0.5 mg aluminum injection.

Evidence based medicine relies on reductionism in RCT models and completely avoids the biophysical, biochemical, and genetic/epigenetic complexity of the human organism.
Complexity science does not fit into the restrictive glove or box of evidence based medicine. It is well outside of it. No two people or patients are ever alike.
Evidence based pharmaceutical medicine emphasizes RCT trials in the treatment of symptoms and conditions only. Thus the pharmacological treatment of end stage biochemic or pathological adaptation is virtually the only artillery in their arsenal.
We need both science based medicine that investigates complexity and evidence based medicine trials that incorporate multivariant assessments of causation.
Drug 'therapy' is used to provide evidence of suppression, mitigation, and manipulation of biochemical based mediators of disease
Susceptibility to illness is never addressed and thus complexity and it's varied adaptations to environment, infections, and epigenetic influences is disregarded or cannot be attended to.
However, we can also entertain the evidence based model with the RCT's the public and allopathic medicine demands despite it's reductionistic philosophy.
So here is a list of RCT's that provide evidence of homeopathic effectiveness in multiple states of disease.
Despite small sample sizes, since the money involved to fund trials pales in comparison as to what is available in big pharma, the evidence is still there. This is but a sample of the disease states treated in homeopathy.

This is the largest study to show that any level of alcohol consumption may increase dementia risk, overturning decades of other evidence suggesting light drinking protects the brain.
A 2025 analysis in BMJ Evidence-Based Medicine (PMID: 40987604) combined data from the UK Biobank and the Million Veteran Program, integrating cohort and genetic approaches.
Study:
- Observational cohorts: 559,559 adults aged 56–72 years.
- Genetic analyses: 2.4 million participants from 45 cohorts.
- Follow-up: 4 years (U.S.) and 12 years (U.K.).
Findings:
🧬 Epidemiologic signal
- Traditional analyses showed a U-shaped curve - i.e., lowest dementia rates in light drinkers.
- However, genetic models showed a monotonic increase in risk with each increment of alcohol.
📊 Effect size
- A 1 standard deviation rise in drinks/week → 15 % higher dementia risk.
- Twofold higher genetic risk for alcohol-use disorder → 16 % higher risk.

⚕️ Public-health significance
- \> 90 % of adults in midlife cohorts reported regular drinking, leaving few true abstainers.
- Modeling suggests that halving alcohol-use disorder prevalence could prevent ≈ 16 % of global dementia cases.
- No threshold for safety was identified.

- Genetic proxies reflect lifetime exposure, not short-term intervention.
- Residual confounding from lifestyle or comorbidities cannot be fully excluded.
