We know that some customers may encounter errors when attempting to check out. Alternative payment methods, such as PayPal Express, are still working for impacted customers. We’re sharing updates regularly at shopifystatus.com as we work to resolve this.

Thanks for that info, Haptic. In this case, can you open your POS App, and go to the 'Support' option within your Main Menu. From there, you should be able to find some contact information that you can use to connect directly with our Retail Team so we can investigate. -Imogen

Are you able to provide me with an image of where this error is appearing? Is it appearing within the POS App on your device, or somewhere else in relation to your POS system? -Imogen

There were some issues impacting the Shopify Platform earlier today, but those issues have since been resolved. You're likely experiencing something different! Are you getting any specific error messages with your POS devices that you can share with me here? -Imogen

My last Kickstarter was also an ode to the Passenger Pigeon - the Flying Martha. We still have time left to save species on the frontlines of the climate crisis: we all must act, make art, keep the conversation going <3
Do not get lost in a sea of despair. Be hopeful, be optimistic. Our struggle is not the struggle of a day, a week, a month, or a year, it is the struggle of a lifetime. Never, ever be afraid to make some noise and get in good trouble, necessary trouble. #goodtrouble

She's one of my major inspirations, yes :) There are a few astronomy quilts from the late 19th C: astronomy and quilting were socially acceptable "hobbies" for women, and Halley's Comet was a big deal
