Thought I'd post a pic of little domino playing with the fawn for #WildlifeWednesday
Absolutely LOVE foxes! I always get excited when I see a pair cross our fields on the way back to the woods, usually just before dawn!

It’s a good victory Monday whenever I ponder the goodness of my Savior.

Our task must be to free ourselves by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature and its beauty.

Fascinating Camel rock formation for #RockinTuesday at Angel Peak!
Something for #Twosday. There was actually a couple more submerged turtles trying to climb up on this log at intervals during this shot!
Have had the same problem, and it makes my blood boil! Thing is, if they ask permission BEFOREHAND, I have no problem with them setting up stands, as it is not uncommon to see herds of 100 + deer in the back field.
Let me start with I love legal safe hunting! Its a human right and a good skill most city folks will never do.
I cant stand poachers and hunters who enter my land illegally to hunt.
They took down all my steel no hunting signs
They cut and removed all the purple tape.
They put up hunter stands, hunter cameras, and even welded it in the back of my forest to fix it up.
I called the Greene County Sheriff and she said basically kick rocks. And we had an active hunters cellular camera.

Have been lucky to spot these cute little guys on occasion while hiking Devil's Canyon in #AZ. Not hard to miss with that upright tail carriage! Always so exciting!
Wait… coatis in the U.S.?
Yep! Chiricahua National Monument is home to white-nosed coatis, the curious cousins of the raccoon. These playful foragers dig, climb, chase and explore.
Large groups are usually females and young, while adult males go solo.

Reminds me when we had a newborn baby elk run right through the center of our camp site on the Mogollon Rim. When we first heard the bleating, I thought it might be a distressed bird until I spotted it. So exciting! Hopefully, the little guy made it back to mama!
Little Bandit is growing like a weed, and has filled out nicely! No Ribcage or hip joints poking out! He loves to watch the squirrels, and play tug of war with his leash!
Have spotted them on occasion - Always so exciting!
Salt River wild horses get a reprieve from removals and continue to run free once more! We thank absolutely everyone who cares, shares and gives them a voice!
These are three Salt River bands running together, wild and free, Arizona. These are exactly the things that make life beautiful.

God has been teaching me something through my sweet dog, Ranger.
When Ranger went blind and had to have both of his eyes removed, my heart broke. I wondered why this had happened to him. But today, I realized something that changed my perspective.
God sent Ranger into my life to teach me what complete trust looks like.
Ranger can’t see me anymore, but he follows my voice without hesitation. He trusts that I’ll lead him, protect him, and never leave him. He doesn’t question where we’re going or why. He simply trusts.
Watching him has made me realize that’s exactly how God wants me to trust Him.
So often I want to be in control. I want to know the plan and see what’s ahead before I take the next step. But Ranger has shown me what faith really looks like—letting go of my own control and completely trusting the One who loves me.
If my blind dog can trust me with his whole heart, then I can trust God with mine.
Thank you, Ranger, for reminding me that faith isn’t about seeing the path—it’s about trusting the One who is leading the way.

So happy to report that little Bandit is putting on weight, and becoming more energetic day by day! This shot was taken just after he did his first Zoomies! Feeling so much better!
Had to research this because of so many fake AI photos being posted. Appears to be legit...Fascinating! #Nature
Tira: the zebra that forgot the stripes.
In Kenya’s Maasai Mara, a dark coated foal was born covered in bold white spots instead of the classic black and white pattern. Named Tira, he is one of the rarest and most striking zebras ever photographed in the wild living proof that nature still loves a surprise.
