It was always insanity that an institution that 100% relied on the reality of human biology to treat patients pretended that it didn’t matter!
Replying to @MathewHulbert @NHSEngland
We are relieved that at last the NHS recognises that the law states clearly that men and women are different, defined biologically.
Those that cannot support the needs of the vulnerable are free to leave.
Doctors need to know the sex of their patients. Patients are entitled to know the sex of their doctors and carers.

The bottom line is this:
Slavery existed for 5,000 years. Every where
The pyramids were not built by volunteers
In the Eighteen century a group of British people set about making slavery illegal
Eventually they won
🚨JOG ON LENNY
Sir Lenny Henry has renewed calls for a national conversation about slavery reparations, arguing that the issue cannot be measured solely in financial terms.
Speaking about the long-term impact of Britain’s role in the transatlantic slave trade, the comedian and campaigner said reparations should be viewed as part of a wider process of acknowledgement, justice and healing.
Reflecting on the subject, he said that addressing the legacy of slavery could bring a “nationwide sigh of relief” over an issue that had “gone unspoken” for generations.
Referencing findings from the Brattle Report, which estimated the economic cost of Britain’s involvement in slavery at around £18.6 trillion, Sir Lenny suggested that discussions about reparations are often avoided because of the scale of the figures involved.
He said: “Once you start to break it down, it goes beyond getting a cash refund for slavery. It becomes about social engineering, and – it’s going to sound really touchy-feely – but it becomes about healing, and about spiritual healing, rather than just cash. It’s hundreds of years of being oppressed and downtrodden.”
He also argued that the financial implications can make people reluctant to engage with the debate, saying: “It’s so huge they’re frightened, because actual reparations would cost trillions of pounds.”
While acknowledging that meaningful change would take time, Sir Lenny said the discussion itself is important and could help shape future generations’ understanding of Britain’s history and its lasting consequences.
He added: “These things take time. Look how long it took to abolish slavery – and to pay for slave owners’ loss of work and earnings. This is to try and push the dial so that the conversation might lead to something. That might take another 100 years, another 150 years.”
🚨BREAKING: A 13-year-old orphaned girl told staff she felt unsafe, but her request to move was DENIED. JK Rowling just offered to pay for her day in court.
A 13-year-old orphaned girl, the only female in the unit and with no criminal record, was placed at St Mary's Kenmure in Glasgow alongside 11 boys aged 15-17, all teenage offenders. She told staff she felt unsafe and requested to move to an empty houseblock, but her request was denied.
The situation was documented by the Council of Europe's committee for the prevention of torture following an inspection.
JK Rowling responded strongly, offering to pay for the girl's day in court. She wrote: Who does it hurt if we make every space mixed-sex? This is who it hurts: the most vulnerable, those without power and influence, the invisible people politicians don't bother to consider when chasing likes and photo ops.

I thought I'd moved beyond being shocked at the behaviour of trans activists, but @BBCWomansHour trying to disappear Jenni Murray really took me aback. What a bunch of mean-girl, dick-pandering bitches must work there.
Remember this article from Jenni Murray in 2017. Totally reasonable, nothing extreme, just saying men can’t be women.
Then there was all the protests, calls to cancel talks, The BBC warned her, restricted her on air, and by 2020 she left Woman’s Hour.
But she never backed down, even as the pushback continued for years. This is how speaking honestly costs you in public life. But she was forever right.
Rest in peace, brave and courageous Jenni Murray.

Trust in the BBC has collapsed so much it was -apparently- unable to secure an interview with @jk_rowling the most famous living British author; for a series about her. That's what happens when you spend a decade spreading Stonewall misinformation.

The Good Laugh Project routinely targets women like JKR, Sarah Philimore, the women at sex matters and it went to court to try to close down the lesbian led LGB Alliance where Kate Harris was told in cross examination some lesbians have penises.
I heed their call that men should call this out lol.
We need more men calling out misogyny, willing to stand with women, and take action.
Will you join us?

Usual suspect, Adib Azizi, sexually attacked a group of children at The Time Capsule in Coatbridge, Lanarkshire.
He pulled down one girl's swimwear and grabbed another by the buttocks.
Azizi tried to remove the third girl's swimming costume and touched her before grabbing the fourth victim and pulling her towards him.
His "punishment"?
4 months in prison, 4 fucking months, a month per child.
Labour are emptying prisons, allowing invaders to sexually attack kids, and jailing the English for social media posts and protesting for years and years!

Man encourages other men to enter women’s single-sex bathrooms and changing rooms because, he says, men like him have a right to be there if they want to be, no matter what the law says or how women feel about it.

The BBC has announced a two-part documentary on J.K. Rowling. I’d like to be wrong, but I’m not optimistic she gets a fair shake.
Episode one is a victory lap: the Edinburgh cafés, the books, the billions. Episode two is where the trouble starts. It frames her as “one of Britain’s most polarising public figures,” and the producer says her “unflinching personal beliefs” sparked a “fraught and divisive dialogue.”
That’s not a biography. That’s a setup.
Notice the pattern. The BBC casts her views — keeping women safe from predatory men in female only spaces — as the problem. The release says she finds herself divided from actors and fans who once championed her. It never mentions the women she was defending.
It also doesn’t say who will be interviewed other than to say it will include “people who worked with her.”
Full disclosure: @trishaposner and I share a London literary agent with her. But after four decades reporting on controversial subjects, I don’t pull punches for anyone. I recently walked away from Simon & Schuster, my publisher of many years, over its refusal to condemn a novelist’s vile anti-Jewish hatred.
I’m not defending Rowling out of loyalty. Her activism has been one of the great campaigns for women everywhere. She never asked for the fight and never ran from it, and she took on enormous powers to protect women.
I admire and stand with J.K. Rowling. I hope the BBC proves me wrong but I am not counting on it.

An obvious question given the evidence so far is why are the NHS even defending this case? They should be focusing on the complete scandal that was uncovered. 'Dr Hall had taken the BHWC/WellBN practice from 60 trans patients in 2019, to 2,500 in 2025' Thats 1 NHS GP practice!

This case is a bin-fire, and so far this is all a Google search on "news" shows. @PA?

. @NadiaWhittomeMP you talk about the 'fight for trans rights'. Who do you think is the enemy? Women? Children? What rights is there a battle for? What rights do 'trans' people not have? Do you mean you want men to access women's spaces and sports? If so why not say that clearly?
I recently spoke on a fringe panel at TUC Congress about what comes next in the fight for trans rights.
I was pleased that the congress passed a motion to oppose the EHRC Code of Practice, demonstrating that trade unionists understand that trans rights are a workers’ rights issue too.
Trade unions must continue working together to defend trans people in the workplace and beyond.
