You know what's better than being a famous author? Being faithful. Faithfully feeding people... food, words, knowledge... washing plates, sweeping floors, teaching souls. It's the best kind of glorious.
There's nothing quite as lovely as this... sitting around the living room on the first Sunday of Advent, sipping tea and listening to A Christmas Carol with my kiddos. Lights shining, story carrying, kiddos smiling. It's idyllic. #AChristmasCarol
