I never use my account to @ companies but tomorrow will be day 8 without electricity thanks to @PECOconnect
In the last week+ I:
•paid someone else’s electric bill that was fraudulently opened in my name for $700+
•celebrated my birthday in the dark
+
•threw away $300+ of spoiled groceries
•fell behind a week+ of work
•mourned the loss of a pet because they didn’t have the heat lamp needed to live
All with no explanation as to why it has taken this long and with no telling when the issue will be resolved.
@PECOconnect I am amazed at how this company is run. When asked for answers I was given nothing. And now don’t know if I’ll have to go another day without hot water, the ability to cook meals or air conditioning to cool down during this 94 degree heatwave.
