A lot of people DM me asking how I get new clients, so I thought I'd just share it here.
If you're starting a new agency, this might help you.
I don't run any ads and I don't do cold outreach at all.
Around 20% of my calls come from X and another 20% come from referrals.
The rest comes from a simple setup I've been building over the years.
🧰 Free tools
I have free tools for local citation checking and GBP audits, and they bring in 50 to 80 signups every month, sometimes more.
🎯 EMDs and niche sites
I've built a few niche SEO agency sites that get decent organic and AI traffic, and about 15% of my leads come from those.
Right now I own 11 EMDs and 4 agency sites.
Here are a few of them:
↳ gbpaudit. ai
↳ freelocalcitationchecker. com
↳ hvaclocalseoagency. com
↳ orderlyseo. com
↳ homecaregrowth. digital
So pretty much every lead and client I get is organic, and it took me 4 years to get to this point.
I keep seeing new agencies spend everything they have on ads and outreach and then shut down within a year.
If you really want to survive in SEO, put your money where your mouth is and rank your own sites first.

We replaced our entire SEO content flow with Claude.
- Research
- Briefs
- Writing
- Linking
- Publishing
All in one pipeline.
Built from 70,000+ internal articles and $35M+ in client revenue.
Here’s what it does:
1. Finds what you should write. Claude scans your niche + competitors and points out gaps in their content and gives you opportunities worth attacking
2. Turn them into finished articles. Research → outline → draft. Each stage fits directly into the next so you’re not starting from scratch every time.
3. Handles internal linking. It scans relevant pages and pulls contextual links into every article automatically
4. Publish it. Finished content goes straight to your CMS - Shopify, Workflow, Framer. No more manually researching topics or manually building briefs, or digging through your site for internal links
The entire SEO pipeline, running on Claude.
Just follow me + comment "PLUGIN" and I'll send it over

Then, you must do this:

We helped a B2C app blow up on ChatGPT rankings.
- $1,500/day in revenue
- 910K impressions, from zero
- All in 6 months, only using LLM SEO
it’s an addiction recovery app with over a million users
Their problem: they couldn't run ads anywhere, the big platforms ban that category
So they needed organic, and they needed it FAST
We built an SEO and LLM SEO system around the exact searches people make when they're trying to quit
6 months later they went from zero to 24,700 clicks and 910K impressions, showing up across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google
The founder called it easy passive income with insane ROI
I put the whole thing into one breakdown:
- The exact SEO and LLM SEO strategy we ran
- How to win in industries that can't advertise
- The content approach that took over recovery searches
- The 6-month roadmap that drove it
Most founders in restricted niches think they're stuck with no channel
This is the one nobody can shut off
Want the full case study?
Just follow me + comment "LLM" and I'll send it over
