Going to Essence while your siblings attended Zamani was some second-class citizen shit. They’ll looking at you like you don’t have sense at home. Which, btw, I still don’t understand
Hafsat Shehu’s continuous grievance over Ahmad S. Nuhu’s death since Jan, 2007 motivates me to be kind, loving and caring to my wife. Cos you know there’s no way in hell this grievance would last almost 2 decades if he was cruel and evil to her when he was alive.
Be kind to her!

People often don’t realise that depression is recognised in Islam. Even the most noble of people were tested with grief, depression, anxiety and sadness.
You can have complete īmān and still be depressed. It is an illness, and anyone can be tested with it.

We have this flawed mentality of dismissing depression in the North, especially within our own households and communities.
Someone can be going through the worst period of their life, only for it to be reduced to “low iman” or something similar. It’s really saddening.

Depression is an illness.
A prayerful person CAN get depressed.
Ba ku karanta Qur'ani ne?
Depression/Sadness was, in fact, a common theme for almost all the prophets because they were greatly afflicted.
You can never pray more than God's Own Prophets and people.
Replying to @Al_ameenX
Very well said. A prayerful person can NEVER be depressed. Allah will always come through for him. He promised. “Remember Me and I will remember you”.

Oh Zakariy, what did you do in this life to earn a blessing that still reaches people six years later?

Please don’t forget to pray Salatul Duha and always remember to recite your morning and evening Azkar.
