Today we sadly said goodbye to my hilarious Irish grandad. It’s one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do! I would like to say a huge thank you to all the wonderful staff @careuk who looked after him over the past 12 years. They were all wonderful! I will miss visiting him 💚
