Smith] made a point, wanted to give him a lot of credit for saying, yeah, but with Trump putting a dagger through the heart of DEI, it seems like it's kind of scared off a lot of the corporate money coming to HBCUs. So I want to make the point, I'll go out on a limb and say, I'm speaking for President Trump and the administration saying, no, no, not only do we support, we want to encourage corporations to continue funding HBCUs and donating to them.”
