not known publicly. for many years i attempted to acquire mifepristone and raise the price of it, substantially. i feel like something as serious as an abortion--a medical emergency fraught with philosophical issues--should be done rarely and treated as other medicines in this category.
instead, mifepristone costs less than one day of a modern cancer treatment regimen. prices should match their value. ending a life should not be a trivial choice and the current price is outlandishly low for the importance of the procedure. the power within the medicine should not be priced like a tylenol.
