Tram in Edinburgh. All four railways between Glasgow and Edinburgh electrified. Don't mention the ferries. Big new road across the Forth. Quite a lot of onshore wind turbines. And offshore too I think. Quite a lot of new roads actually North of Perth. Don't mention the ferries.

Scotland has done surprisingly well at the "Just Build It" thing. There's some lessons in that. Even though some of what they've just built has been plagued by legal battles, cost overruns, and possibly poor choices. They have, to a certain extent, actually built some stuff.

Today, the funeral of Brother Barry Martin will take place in Edinburgh. Firefighters and FBU Officials will be in attendance to pay their respects.
We will always be proud that Barry was a member of our union.

As of now the SRU no longer permits transgender women in Scotland to participate in full contact women’s rugby.
We understand the number of people affected are in single digits.
This is an incredibly sad day for the sport. History will judge the SRU and other Unions harshly.
