I almost quit my project Inkflow over a bug that turned out to be ONE line of CSS.
where Bold text kept resetting the text color
I thought my React logic was broken. Turns out, my strong tag just needed color: inherit; instead of a hardcoded variable.

My CSS had a hardcoded color for the strong tag (color: var(--text-color)).
This was overriding the textStyle span that Tiptap uses to apply colors.
The strong tag refused to "listen" to the color of its parent element.
I’ve been off the grid for a week focusing on some other priorities, but it feels good to be back.
Time to dive back into the code and get Inkflow moving again. Let’s get to work
