And just like that KS2 SATs are over! Huge well done to Year 6 - you approached them like the superstars you are. ⭐️
Good luck to Year 2 this week with their KS1 SATs. 😃
Year 6 had great fun doing fieldwork at Orwell Country Park on Friday as part of their Geography learning - full explorer mode was needed and plenty of golf balls were found!
Year 6 have been looking at Wordsworth's 'I wandered lonely as a cloud' this week - quite a contrast to this awful weather we've been having and reminding us Spring isn't far away!!
Year 5 enjoyed a walking tour of Ipswich this week to learn about the history of their local area - look at all those happy faces!

Year 5 have practised their chopping skills this morning to make traditional Danish open sandwiches. They thought about choices of colour, height and odd groupings to make them visually appetising.
What an excellent afternoon yesterday with some of our Year 5 & 6 Basketballers! Superb attitude and teamwork from all. Thank you @IpsSchoolGames for organising 🏀
6AW had a MasterChef competition yesterday. The children had to make a ‘sensory salad’, which was then judged by Mr Doyle! They diced, ribboned, fried and mixed to create a salad.
We’ve definitely got some budding chefs in the making! 😁🤩
Amazing effort across the school with all classes completing a jigsaw piece about the key skills for collaboration!
Great to welcome @tomhunt1988 to the school this afternoon for a visit. We are grateful for him taking the time to understand our school and talk to some of our pupils.
This morning the School Council helped to transport all the food donations to the Bus Shelter bus. Tonia and Gareth were very overwhelmed with the amount we have collected. A huge thank you from all of us for your amazing contributions.
Have a wonderful Christmas everyone!
It's VE day for Year 5 and 6 and we are celebrating with a street party - party food, party games and 1940s music!!
Well done to the Year 5 & 6 Boys that played in the Football Match last night against St Matthews. Excellent attitudes and a hard fought game ⚽️
