Space Chickens - Sun 27 July 3pm - Chiddingstone Castle Orangery
Holiday fun with a trip into space!
SPACE CHICKENS is a brilliant show, brimming with puppetry, original live music (who’d have thought, music written for chickens no less?) and imagination.

ALT An adventurous chicken who is blasted into space to solve all of our planet’s problems. The Puppet Van will park-up on the lawn outside the iconic Chiddingstone Castle for this lovely story telling event for all the family. With stunning puppetry and original live banjo synth music follow this rocket fuelled tale all on top of a van. Join us, for an intergalactic adventure from the hen house, to the milky way. This is a madcap adventure following a chicken who is sent to space, with environmental themes and about the joy of growing things.

"A time for peace, for pause, for forgetting about how big the world is and being at one with the little creatures of the forest. A total whimsical wonder..." Check out our ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review of 'Breathe' by @halfastring at #EdFringe ➡️ buff.ly/4dHtJa7

I saw @HalfaString’s #Breathe earlier an utterly charming piece of all-ages puppetry and live music. That was followed by two national treasures in waiting: @marksilcox and @theamyannette Make like a Pokemon and catch all them all.

Family theatre about a seedling getting ready to grow. Full of wonder. Perfectly aligned tech wizardy and puppetry magic. Cried at the leaf bit. Highly recommend.
