I have created around 1500+ playbooks over the past 15 years.
The mind behind the greatest playbook I have ever studied & created is 17th.
My latest article focuses on end of game situations and how we can tweak/use them.

This has me thinking of a way to practice this - not tell teams how many timeouts are remaining, force them to ask and continually know how many each team has left throughout practice, not just end of game scenarios.
The New York Liberty have made an official inquiry with the WNBA regarding their reset timeout that went unused during OT of Game 2.

"Blind Pig" Action
Phil Jackson breaks down the "Back Door Step" from the Triangle Offense. Great action used in the NBA Finals for Kobe & Jordan.
Korea Women ran a good quick hitter using this action.

An update on The Basketball Playbook newsletter:
As of today, I am switching over to @beehiiv for the newsletter and site.
The “new” site link is:

A reason for the name change is to align better with my membership coaching and consulting website - thebasketballplaybook.com.
I mentioned previously the reasons behind it, but the main one is flexibility to make better content and provide better ways to break down the X’s & O’s. Things may look slightly different but any subscription you have has already been switched to Beehiiv and the content is the exact same.
