Another strange observation was how every person on security detail for Charlie was given the same instructions. They all had very similar responses, they heard/ seen the bang, turned, and went straight to Charlie. In all my time, training and pre mission briefings I’ve been through, I have never been given the same instructions as everyone else. We have all had specific instructions such as pre determined medics, comms guys, 360 security, +++. In this case it seemed that all security personnel, in this situation, was told to go straight to Charlie. I assume this was rehearsed multiple times as any good security detail would run through every situation. @RealCandaceO thoughts? Strange?

The state currently forces a 120lb commuter bike to go through the exact same highway motorcycle registration and DMV loops as a Harley-Davidson. Because the paperwork is an administrative nightmare, riders face endless red tape just to travel on local side streets. We need a common-sense legislative fix that eliminates plates and streamlines licensing by integrating it directly into Texas Driver’s Ed. Under this proposal, driving schools would handle a quick electric safety module and verify the bike's VIN/safety lights on-site. Instead of forcing riders into DMV lines for license plates, the rider's standard driver's license would simply get a "Class E" endorsement stamped on the back, serving as the vehicle's registration. This keeps riders over 16 accountable, requires liability insurance, and restricts them strictly to low-speed side roads and neighborhood markets while keeping them off major highways costing Texas taxpayers absolutely nothing.
