Do you recognize this sweet baby girl? The NCMEC just released a recon of a little girl who was found deceased in a canal in Carson, CA on Sept. 1, 2026. She's believed to be between 9 and 14 (though she was wearing a piece of clothing for a 7 year old.) It's believed she may have been in the water for a while.
She's between 4'4" and 4'8" and between 60 and 85lbs.
