YESSS P3 FOR SECOND YEAR IN A ROW AT #Bathurst1000 by @iRacing @RaceSpotTV 🥉 In the Hydrorace Racing Forces car, Kenzy Nieuwhof & Alex Sevillano Lledó, take P3 in the top split after a hectic 6 hour race where they had, since lap 5, at least 3 minutes of optional repairs every pit-stop! An error with iRacing auto-fuel feature unchecked their tires for their first pit-stop and they had to run a second stint with barely any thread left on the tires, forcing them to pit 12 laps earlier than expected and having to re-adjust the strategy. A great recovery drive from Kenzy to make it work with a 26 lap stint! After the optional repairs and pitstop fail, Kenzy lost control and picked up a meatball flag, having very little hopes for the rest of the race and having dropped to P18, the pair of them kept pushing until the end to bring the car back to P4. 10 seconds behind P3 for the final stint but P3 made a mistake in the pits which gave us the position finishing 4 seconds ahead of them! In the Netlife Racing Forces car, Demis Tigchelaar & Frederik van Eeckhoven started P15 and overtook all the way up to P5. A MEGA first stint from Demis and great job from both drivers to keep the position. Unfortunately, half-way through the race, Demis found a road-block situation in front of him in the downhill with nothing to do to avoid contact. Losing 5 seconds per lap, they were forced to pit early and go for the repairs. Great effort from both our cars to bring the car to the finish line despite all the adversities on track. Another special event confronted with great spirit! #RacingForces

🥉P3 AT #LEMANS24 @iRacing BABY! Racing Forces Red car finished on the podium positions after 24 hours of tough GT3 racing! Astonishing job by the special Hydrorace livery Porsche drivers who fought for that podium until the end. In the same split as the RF Red car, the @HYDRORACE_ Racing Forces Main car, got huge net code in the first hour of race losing 4 laps to the leader. Great attitude and will to keep on pushing for the rest 23 hours, rewarded them by gaining positions from P14 to P8! Finally, Racing Forces Yellow car finished in the top 5 starting from P8. Running P3 for most of the race and in the fight for the win, a mistake put them on the back foot on P8, to then come back again to P5! Mega effort by each and every one of our drivers. A very well deserved rest, but not for too long, as 3 of them have Round 10 of @igpfun F3 Championship tonight! #RacingForces

AND THAT'S A WRAP to the #Nurburgring24H! P15 for us after long 24 hours of hard racing. The car had damage into the early stage of the race and the guys dropped a lap to the lead car. From P40 they managed to come back to P23 when they had another forced pit to repair. From then on it was all about getting the most of it and bringing it home. Amazing pace while keeping the focus and motivation to take the car to the finish line on P15! Super proud of @DominicHoogend1 Onno Bastings @osdafrich & Blake J. Dean bringing representation for @HYDRORACE_ all the way to the end for this special event!
