🚨HUGE life update🚨
My brother got his HVAC license and him and I are going 50/50 on a HVAC company
I’ve worked with him since 2022 when I started helping my dad and he’s grown into a great tech. Has sold over 250k in a month before and he’s ready to make the leap to be on his own
This allows me to not only continue my agency but have real stake in the game. I may have to hire an assistant lol but life is too short to not have a bio that say I scaled my Dads HVAC company to six million and me and my brothers too 😤💪
Plus, it’s gonna be some great content
Yes, we all have heard the stories about private equity being horrible at retaining employees and ripping people off with crazy pricing. But the fact is I’m seeing them acquire 2-3 companies in mid sized cities across the country and owning the top LSA spots, maps and Google ads. I’m sorry to tell you that they’re probably getting more Google reviews than most of you
You can’t pay $150 a ppc call for a tune up but they can. They’re in it for the long game and will figure it out. PE can remain irrational longer than you can stay solvent.
So triple down on family owned and operated. Put your face all over the place as the owner. Humanize yourself as the owner. Me and my brother are literally putting “not PE” on the side of our vehicles
Don’t underestimate the competition. Get multiple Google business profiles with real locations and have your SEO locked in so you’re as high as possible when customers are looking for that family owned company that isn’t PE

I'm going to use AI to run this Facebook campaign: one video and two static images. I'm using ChatGPT's "Dot" (horrible name, by the way) to help set up the campaign and to get the speed-to-lead systems in place
Here is everything I said to Chat GPT Astra (Extra High) to make this meta ad:
1. create a meta ad, edit it and everything with these clips (google drive link)
2. i did it wrong, here you go (google drive link again lol)
3. can you get way more dramatic? have the effect that meta ads have? big pop out and effects? instagram.com/okane.editor/ you can see this guys page which would show you it
4. hey take over a chrome tab and you can watch his videos (It ended up just using the browser on chat gpt)
5. i got you in instagram on your own browser (me logging into instagram so sam altman can steal my identity)
6. here is logo for brand colors. can you add little icons to pop for like hot water tank, it kind of shakes? like this? we need to add like pop ups. my instagram is good at that, like lttle pop ups. you got the text down at least, you could do a little more zoom in effect, you can see my IG instagram.com/ram_digital_se… here for the icon i add, i think we just need that
7. everything you just did, make it a skill so we can reuse this
8. can you make sure this is 4k and hdr? i can connect whatever you need to make sure its quality
9. i want to show off this add but i don't want people to know the company or where. give me the hdr or 4k or whatever posts best on twitter and take away our logo, bleep out what city f and then bleep out company name from the part my brother says X heating and cooling and also the logo on our shirt if they can see it in any clips, which i think they can
Here is what came from my big forehead and not AI: the offer and the script. I'm the one who came up with the wording and literally had my brother buy a hot water tank for the video lol. Starting with the old furnace, rolling the hot water tank, etc. That was all me. I wish I would have wore a company branded hat, I think it would have looked really professional. It was shot on a Sony A7 camera with diji mics and gimbal
The Google drive folder had the clips labeled in ordered by me, 1-5. Chat knew exactly where to start each edit and stop it.

This tweet is for all the owners who tell me they don’t want to be on social media or their picture taken.
They’ll get in a dusty crawl space before they’ll get their picture taken 😂

That goes for us too. My business ranks #1 on ai overview for furnace repair and ac repair and it has 13x less reviews than the biggest companies in the area
Having keywords and the city in your Google business profile name is a huge ranking factor right now for AI overview right now
I’m seeing profiles with 10x less reviews than the top profiles in their market but they have review velocity and “furnace” or “air conditioning” plus target city in their GBP name and AI overview is showing them first
