We are very pleased with the @Law_Commission report on #surrogacy law reform.
It protects and strengthens the altruistic model, providing much needed improvements in the clarity and security for all parties in UK surrogacy arrangements.

Fab piece by @MonidipaFouzder @lawsocgazette on renewed calls for law reform for unmarried couples (& insight fr @gsf1996 of @ResFamilyLaw’s cohab cttee). Speaking for myself, I hope that these recommendations are taken seriously by the Gov and that the pressing need for cohabitation reform is recognised and acted upon. I will be working on projects with academics and practitioners to hopefully bring about meaningful change - 11/12

As the committee responsible for promoting equality, diversity and inclusion throughout Resolution, we would encourage all members to vote in the current National Committee elections. Democracy is important, and it is vital that you have your say in how your organisation is run.
