I don't usually get involved here in a personal manner (I'm usually just dice and geekery with the occasional physics), but now I'm here for a bit of politics. #VoteLibDem for Rutland. #GTTO

Yikes. Just said goodbye to the last of my GCSE online tutoring students before their exam tomorrow... and closed about 35 browser windows and PDFs of past papers and mark schemes (not an exaggeration).
Wow.

How's the end of 2023 going? I got up at 8am to play #DnD with a group of people including my friend/ex-boss, and a bunch of guys from Australia, Turkey and Wales. We Banished 2 Earth Elementals and killed a 3rd, then slaughtered a mob of zombies. A satisfying end to the year!

Apparently it's #AskHerToStand day which I'll admit I had to look up! We need more women in politics. When I was asked to stand as Councillor I thought it was ridiculous but now I'm proud to be one of the 11 women out of 27 Councillors in Rutland. Not quite 50/50 yet but not bad!
Amazing brave people doing incredible and dangerous life-saving work every day, and not only fighting the seas but also having to weather right-wing haters.

Just downloaded and started #StrayGods. Absolutely loving the music and the voice acting (and spotting people I know from #CriticalRole and elsewhere!). This is going to have a couple more playthroughs for sure. 🥰 Thanks guys for an awesome game.

Phew. Hot, sweaty and knackered, but worth it. I managed to deliver around 360 leaflets to my Ward today to let them know we actually care and we're not going to just disappear after election. A few hundred to go...!
