@lufthansa I have been waiting for a compensation claim for 3 months. Every couple of weeks, there is an email saying "to avoid additional waiting times, we kindly ask that you refrain from follow-up inquiries or resubmitting your request." Is 3 months reasonable?

Minimum $30.01, plus expenses related to holding the stock. Depends on margins...stock might have cost them 0.01, in which case they've made back $69.99 of the loss (assuming the man would not have bought the product otherwise)
