Today, Wednesday 6 March, the Regulator of Social Housing has served us a notice, stating that we need to make improvements to the standards on fire safety, damp, mould, and condensation for the council’s housing stock.

We're moving forward on the plans to remodel Buxton House, a full planning application has been submitted this month. Tenants will be able to view and comment on it with council staff over the next few weeks.
