Wow what a week! We've received some amazing feedback from our wonderful patients and families. We really do put our all into ensuring they receive the best care while in our service. Knowing we have played a part in making a difference in peoples lives is what keeps us going

Today, two of our superstar HCA’s volunteered to start their shift at 6:30 (1.5 hrs early) to support one of our lovely patients who experiences dementia & husband. This was so they could prepare for hospital transport, for an outpatient appointment which was booked for 7am....
& could have been a very stressful morning for them. Our team recognised this and they volunteered to change their shifts...Thank you, Paul & Susanna (HCA’s) your kind, flexible, empathic action made the world of difference to a patient & relative. #weareproudofyou #superstars
