Nursery this week have enjoyed a walk around the local community. The children explored the estate, identifying landmarks and even some of their homes. The children had a wonderful time and loved to investigate their local surroundings. #Makeeverydaycount

Still in awe of our whole school Art Gallery this afternoon, celebrating the wonderful outcomes of our children. Beautifully organised by Miss Morris with some incredible artists talking about their learning. What a special afternoon.
This is why our school is such a special place✨ the children’s passion and dedication for learning blows me away. Watching the children proudly share their work and talk so confidently about art history, artists and their own creative talents 🎨what an exceptional ART SHOWCASE👨🏽🎨

Hey @darrellwakelam. Thank you for the workshop to inspire our most recent art project in year 2! We used your techniques to show the changes in fire safety since the Great Fire of London in 1666. Can you spot your folding window technique?! We hope you like our final outcome.

To mark the general election, today we held a little democracy of our own. We learnt about the importance of this day and everyone's rights to vote. Our writing in the provision will hopefully persuade the government in charge to stop climate change and protect our Earth 🌎
Our first ‘Meet the Teacher’ event for our Foundation 2 children starting in September 2024. Exciting times ahead meeting new families and planning transition sessions for pupils starting in our Spitfire Class✈️ Our 6th cohort to join @HucknallFHA
