A less talented team with collective commitment can defeat a team with more talent and less commitment or one weak link. #1PW

Two things I can guarantee you about going the #jucoroute:
1. You WILL be more appreciative of everything when you get to your 4-year
2. You WILL be more prepared than the rest

ATTENTION BALLPLAYERS:
Your skills & talent are what initially get you noticed...
But your attitude & conduct, both on and off the field, can either enable opportunities or eliminate your dreams!
Your character matters & the decisions you make tell a lot about who you are!

It’s not over until it’s over. A game is not over until the time runs out, the last out, or the last point is won. Fight until the absolute end. Never give up earlier than this.

You play your best baseball when you trust yourself and are "unconscious", that is, not thinking. Thinking tightens your muscles up, distracts your focus, and kills every part of your game. Baseball skills happen too quickly for your thoughts to keep up with your actions.

Working hard feels a lot better when you do it voluntarily instead of being forced to work hard by someone else. Be self-motivated today. Try to work hard today without having anyone else telling you to do so.

Despite an outpouring of love & prayers, Ken died peacefully last night surrounded by love.
The support from around the world has sustained us. Thank you for all of it!
We’re so grateful for the time we had with Ken and know that his legacy will live on.

The #1 skill missing from today’s athlete is mental toughness. Refusing to hold oneself accountable to individual & team goals. Blaming others for circumstances. Not fighting through adversity. Pouting and poor body language. Physical skill can only take you so far. GET TOUGH.
