Such an underrated software for Help Desk support. I manage a school with 2 campuses and every day was like drowning. Found HESK and with IMAP feature for email to ticket is just a blessing. LOVE HESK 😍 support is incredibly fast and Forum based just amazing.

Want to reduce table padding in #HESK 3.3.0?
Here's a nifty trick:
1. Go to Admin > Settings > General
2. find "Admin CSS"
3. select "Load an extra custom style file for the admin panel"
3. enter URL of the included "/css/reduce_table_padding.css" file on your server
4. Voila!

The main change to the uninstaller converts any HTML/rich-text formatted tickets/replies to plain text, making them easier to view in HESK 3. This was the primary pain point in users not being able to switch to HESK 3.
