It can be difficult to be grateful in a chaotic world. But we have to try, and spot the daily beauty, blessings and magic in the small moments.
We say to the stressors: you do not get to have all of me, I will keep a sacred space inside me, where my JOY comes from!
Practicing gratitude includes you making it your point of duty to say thank you to folks around you. Gratitude requires self reflection, the ability to admit that you depend on others, and the humility to recognize your limitations, acknowledging that the world is not all about you.
Being in a genuine state of gratitude is also key and a magnet to abundance.
