Lots happening this weekend in the Avenue Ward. Guided walk in Pearson Park on Saturday 4th July from 10am at the bandstand followed by Day of Dance from 11-3.30pm. Sunday 5th July is the Avenues Open Gardens from 1pm-5pm.
The Neighbourhood Nuisance Team delivered 'Not where I Live' leaflets to almost 200 properties on Welbeck st, Grinton Avenue & Sherwood Avenue this morning.

On Saturday 4th July the Friends of Pearson Park are running two events. The first is a guided walk on the History of the Park from 10am at the Bandstand and from 11am until 3.30 they are holding a Day of Dance with music and dancing around the Bandstand. Both events are free.
The local policing team and anti-social behaviour officer for Sutton Ward are on Midmere Avenue opposite Newlyn Close until 4pm today. Please come and see us to discuss any problems that you have in your area.
