WE RATIFIED OUR FIRST CONTRACT!! 🥳🪩💪
We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished & are confident this contract is the first step towards a more equitable HBH.
We look forward to building solidarity within our organization and with other unions. This is just the start.
Thank you to the HBH nurses union for paving the way for our contract, and to unions across the state & country for their wisdom & support.

(5/6) It’s now up to union members to decide if HBH management’s offer will be enough. We will be holding a vote to decide whether or not to ratify this agreement. The vote ends on May 1st, 2024.

Now, HBH is refusing to agree to the settlement.
ALT Breaking news: The National Labor Relations Board Region 13 is taking Howard Brown Health to trial
These devastatingly anti-labor actions fall squarely on the shoulders of COO Steven Glass and the Board of HBH, and call into question their ability to effectively helm an organization rooted in the principle of social justice.
