In the Two-horse circus of Tory leadership Sunak/Truss want to cut income tax.
That won't do anything for 21m adults with income less than £12570 a year.
Better to cut VAT, adjust taxes at the top end - e.g. tax capital gains at same rates as earned income, collect £25bn.
