The first session of Bounce Forward does just this and this is the analogy I use. When we know how far we have come, we have more faith in how far we can go!
Pause for a breather and take a step back to appreciate what you’ve achieved !
When you’re climbing the mountain to success, it can be incredibly easy to look up and only think of how much further you’ve got left to climb.
But every once in a while, it’s important to look back and take in what you’ve achieved - not only does it show you what you are capable of, but it reignites the fire in your belly that will take you to new heights !
