Sad play by lfc, no fire, no energy no fluid play, no man playing for the team.. It was like juniors playing against seniors.. Very bad experience of watching this game

Morning walking poetry
Tum Rajdhani si aati ho,
Shatabdi si guzarti chali jaati ho...
Main rail ki patri ke us paar,
khidki se bas tumhe dekhta reh jaata hoon,
aur mere dil ki awaaz bhi
tumhare saath hi chali jaati hai...
1/2
2/3
Tum us roshni ki tarah ho,
jiska intezaar us platform par
na jaane kitne musafir kar rahe hain...
Aur main us musafir ki tarah hoon,
jo zindagi ka bas ek pal
tumhare saath bitana chahta hai...

Everyone’s doing the ’80s trend. 👀
But we’re taking it beyond the look.
Not just how you LOOKED in the ’80s…
But how you EXPERIENCED CULTURE in the ’80s. ✨
The music. The stories. The dance.
The traditions. The celebrations.
The culture that was simply a part of everyday life.
Welcome to the ’80s — Culture Edition. 📼

Stunning delivery and performance
India just made history on the world stage! 🇮🇳
Indian athletes delivered a spectacular performance at an international competition in China, winning Gold in the Double Dutch Pairs Freestyle event!
With lightning-fast moves, incredible energy, flawless coordination and jaw-dropping agility, Team India proved that jump rope is much more than a childhood game.
Double Dutch is a high-intensity sport where two ropes spin rapidly in opposite directions while athletes perform freestyle steps, tricks and acrobatics between them. It demands rhythm, speed, stamina and perfect teamwork.
And India nailed it!
From rapid footwork to unbelievable synchronization, this performance is a proud moment for Indian sports.
Gold for India. History made.
