where 75 (!!!) people showed up to smell, taste, and feel the stories in my book,
where strangers off the street bought copies
...I'd have laughed you out the room.

We launched @stacktrace_ai: real-time steering infra for AI agents.
Working on a post to show how models behave when stopped and steered mid-task in a controlled env.
Most models *did* change course; however, in this case GLM (of the other 8 models we tested) spent its 27 of its next 30 turns reverse engineering the thing that said no.
I don't think people truly understand what these models are capable of, if not actively supervised.

5 hours off the west coast of africa, at 30k feet, the phrase 'shuck the shell' lodged in my brain. a few days later, "follow the funk" kinda slapped me in the face.
