While the BRICS Summit takes place in New Delhi, I've been thinking about it not only in terms of geopolitics but also in terms of the work I do. In political strategy and communication, we often see how much outcomes depend on the way ideas are presented, understood and taken forward. It's the same at the global level. BRICS has gone beyond an economic grouping. With its membership expanding, it has emerged as a key forum for discussions on trade, technology, development and the rising role of the Global South. Hosting the Summit is a great opportunity for India to put different priorities and perspectives on the same table. But what I find most fascinating is -What happens outside the room. -How those conversations are communicated. -What stories are told from them. -Whether they are translated into meaningful action. That's what I'll be looking out for in the next few days.
