🚨 BREAKING 🚨 ATF Releases NFA guidance in response to the Texas NFA lawsuit: "Effective October 9, 2026, ATF will no longer require individuals to seek ATF approval under the NFA before making or transferring short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, silencers, and “any other weapon[s]” as defined in 26 U.S.C. § 5845(e). ATF will also no longer require such items to be registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record. These policies apply uniformly to anyone otherwise subject to these requirements, not just to the plaintiffs in the litigation."

By Abdul El-Sayed's logic, we can only exercise our First Amendment rights with just a quill pen...
Abdul El-Sayed on the Second Amendment: "When they promised the right to bear arms, they had muskets. So, yeah, everyone should have equal rights to a musket."

“Our paid shil... experts agree our shut-down programs and repealed gun laws were KEY to the crime rate dropping. Even though we promised it 30 times that it would spike!”
Homicides are declining across the US, and experts agree that community violence intervention programs are key contributors to this historic decline. We must build on this progress, not pull back resources from programs that make these wins possible. counciloncj.org/executive-su…

What were the muskets intended to be used for, Abdul?

2 weeks in. How are we all enjoying our 4473 suppressors? Remember, we can have fun now, but we have a lot of work to ensure this is not reversed.

CC: @DougLloyd4ag We'll need an AG Opinion on this stat if you win.
THE ATF DOESN’T WANT YOUR SUPPRESSOR PAPERWORK ANYMORE. SO WHY DOES YOUR STATE? 14 states still tie your suppressor to it. The ATF quit enforcing registration for suppressors and short-barreled rifles nationwide on Oct. 9, but in these states, state law only allows a suppressor if it’s registered under the NFA. Skip the Form 4 and you can still land in legal trouble at home. Mississippi AG Lynn Fitch fixed it for suppressors in three days. Every AG in those 14 states can do the same. Sign the petition below and tell yours to follow the ATF’s lead.

62% of the “gun violence” deaths gun grabbers love to cite are suicides. Their fix is to take the guns. Yet all you have to do is look at Japan. Just to touch a hunting shotgun there, you sit through classes, mental health evaluations, drug tests, and police interviews with your family, friends, and neighbors. Then registration and yearly police inspections. Stop using it, and they confiscate it. Japan’s suicide rate is still higher than ours. Another example of gun grabbers using tragedy to push laws that don’t work.
The same data from Japan, Australia, and South Korea also debunks the idea that gun restrictions will have any impact whatsoever on suicide rates. But, facts and data mean nothing to people who operate on pure emotion.

This morning, I voted. I voted for lower taxes, a secure border, and to protect the Constitution of the United States. I had the rare privilege of voting for myself, and I voted to keep Texas red. I urge you to do the same 🇺🇸
