Tbh I can very much agree with this bias aside. This a coach you want. Creates a team environment to the point where he has the respect to bench a $20m player to help adjust their play to better the team. Canada needs that culture back if they have a chance at beating the US 😉

Spencer Carbery should be on Team Canada's coaching staff the next time they compete in the Olympics. One could even argue give him the HC. I think he's the best coach in the NHL outside the 4 obvious choices. This dude is infectious. He will win multiple cups. In Washington or elsewhere. He just gets it. -93.1
