Itβs my extreme honor to be able to work on this exiting project with such a fantastic team @LoiselleLab @jackerman85 & @ktbest27. (Thank you for having me!) It's amazing how distinct sub-pop. of tenocytes/fibroblasts differentially contribute scar formation in tendon healing!
In this preprint we used lineage tracing and spatial transcriptomics to track Scx lineage cells during #tendon healing. True team effort from @jackerman85 @ktbest27 & S. Muscat, and it was so much fun to team up with the MSK -omics wizard @ChiaLungWu biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/β¦
