1. If you're nervous set small goals which stretch your comfort zone - as you achieve more your comfort zone will increase and before you know it you'll be doing stuff you only dreamt of before!

2. Schedule a day just for you during the week. Welcome week can be intense and taking a day to look after yourself and catch up on sleep is super important and will allow you to enjoy the rest of the time more.
