I have been trying to get @ao regarding a faulty fridge freezer for the last fourteen days but to no avail, they are complete experts at evading responsibility,all you get are standard emails with a mobile response date. Can any one tell me how to get them to move?

It would appear that @ao are impossible to contact. I bought an American fridge freezer over a year ago which has stopped working and is full of frozen food. I have emailed with no response,phoned to be told waiting time would be over 1hour. It’s called evading responsibility.
