Is it just me or is Omar on @bbuk showing signs of coercive, controlling and manipulative behaviour towards Rihanna, making out she is always in the wrong etc
Multiple wildfires in N Wales, tourist season started, so increased road accidents and @northwaleslive still impose its charge to see updates once you have looked 7 times. People are worried about the spread of fires and if they have to evacuate but all they want is to make money
Another victory to @bphillipsonMP . Ruthin School to close in shock announcement. Over 700 years of history sacrificed on the alter of the malicious Ms Phillipson @GBNEWS

@KemiBadenoch another disgraceful result of Labours vicious policies
Interesting flood of @UKLabour members denying what happened and claiming all is well - a touch of the King Canute's - whilst still allowing Reform to live rent-free in their heads? Election been. If they think all is good, why still the attacks? #Starmer #labourfinished?
Anyone use @goustocooking ? Looking into it & see little point in them stating a price for 'x' meals for 'x' people when, going through the options, many attract additional charges, sometimes £6+ per meal, which makes a mockery of their stated pricing 'offer' which is misleading
Can @CameronDLWalker stop referring to Andrew as the Kings brother and Prince Williams uncle on @GBNEWS It's as if he's on a mission to bring the rest of the Royal family into this debacle. Has he not heard that family can't be held responsible for the action of one bad one

This is getting quite serious for the Chancellor.
In the run up to the Budget we were told that the OBR’s downgrading of productivity would create a multi-billon black hole. The government started preparing public opinion for a manifesto-breaking rise in income tax.
We were not told that rising wages and inflation meant more tax revenues to offset the productivity downgrade. But Rachel Reeves was.
By October 31 the OBR told Reeves that she was actually sitting on a £4.2 billion surplus. Yet four days later she gave a press conference in Downing Street at which she suggested that the watchdog’s forecasts were worse than expected and made the case for tax rises.
“What I want people to understand ahead of the budget, is the circumstances we face,” she said. “I could … sweep those challenges under the carpet. I am being honest with people.”
In fact, as we now learn, she was being the opposite of honest. She might not survive this.
And she hasn't even got a clue how it's going to be implemented - and seems to have forgotten that, since April this year, EV's now have to pay 'road tax'. @MichelleDewbs She's had 12 months to form policy and it was one of their many leaks but still no details

I have written to The Metropolitan Police Commissioner, Sir Mark Rowley, expressing my serious concerns about how yesterday’s farming protest was managed👇
A tax on rural people. Got EV cos have to drive everywhere, no public transport, town 22m round trip, friends 80m, doctors 26m etc. Wanted to reduce costs as income decreased. Now need to do sums to see if, with intro of road tax and pay per mile, be better off going back to ICE

Think I've just witnessed some of the most disrespectful and insensitive comments with @MartinDaubney and his failed attempts to use witty play on words whilst discussing cremations on @GBNEWS
Hey @GBNEWS the @RoyalFamily visit to the Pope is not overshadowed by Prince Andrew for the majority of the population as we are intelligent enough to differentiate betw the King's Royal duties & an errant member of the family. It is you & Cameron Walker who keeps mentioning him
Once again Jonathan Ross proves he has one of the strangest choice of clothes ever seen on #Traitors #CelebrityTraitors
Why didn't @CamillaTominey challenge many of the statements and claims made by Phillipson on @GBNEWS this morning? Asking a question she got dubious, pre-prepared statements for an answer, with some wild claims thrown in, but no follow-up questions, no challenge, no calling out

Keir Starmer claims Nigel Farage is to blame for the boat people because Brexit took us out of the Dublin Convention (in 2020), which allowed us to return asylum seekers to the EU countries from whence they came.
The PM is either ignorant of the facts — or knowingly lying. Neither is a good look.
The Dublin Convention was a two-way street for asylum seekers. Yes, we could try to return them. But others could also be returned to us.
As a result the Dublin Agreement actually made us a net recipient of asylum seekers.
Take 2018. We made 5,500 requests for asylum seekers to be returned. Only 209 transfers were agreed. In the same year, under the same convention we accepted 1,215 asylum seekers. So we were net recipients by over 1,000. The Dublin Convention did nothing to make it easier to return asylum seekers.
Nearly all politicians are cavalier with the truth when it suits them. But Starmer is taking this to a new level.
The @Conservatives appear to have a new process for getting people to leave post - @KemiBadenoch asks for them to be sacked on a Wednesday, Starmer declares his undying support for them, 24/48 hours later they're sacked
