@therealtomskee twitter.app has growl support. as for instagram, googling turns up photodesk-app.com as an app w/ growl support

@anonarine Growl is sandboxed, it can only access things that are inside of its sandbox. it doesn't have access to all your data.
@Anton_Quinn We do not have plans for a windows version. But someone else makes Growl for Windows
@SlurpeeOperator Most people using a command line utility probably want more customization and things like a history.
