The U.S. Supreme Court rejected Republicans’ attempt to use their gerrymandered map, leaving the Missouri Supreme Court ruling in place.
The people demanded a vote—& now they’ll get one.

Missouri Supreme Court rejects Republican gerrymandered map that sought to divide Democrat Emanuel Cleaver's seat into three Congressional districts. Would have made Missouri a 7-1 Republican state. As is, it'll likely stay 6-2. Big win for Dems.

The Missouri Supreme Court put the congressional redistricting referendum on the November ballot and barred the state from using the GOP-drawn 2025 map for the election.
The ruling is unanimous — all judges concurred.
