These folks fail to grasp that this guy got out of bed, deliberately geared up like some paramilitary film extra, deliberately loaded up with weapons, deliberately headed to a federal sting, deliberately meddled in it, deliberately fought back against arrest, and deliberately drew his firearm. Progressives just can't wrap their heads around personal responsibility, so they imagine he magically appeared on the pavement and, via a chain of authoritarian flukes, got taken out for merely asserting his supposed God-given freedom to act however he pleases with zero repercussions.
