Disturbing News: ADCRR has been granted a reprieve on implementing Receiver for healthcare. She will still submit plan of action, but will not immediately take over all decisions, hiring, budgets, etc. Hopefully, Plaintiffs will continue to prevail on this vital issue. Stay tuned

The extraordinary circumstances of the botched execution of Christa Pike in TN (two attempts) should be sufficient to commute her sentence to LWOP. It would be barbarous to strap her to a gurney again. The state had its chance and they monumentally botched it. No more attempts!
